Wildewood and Woodcreek Farms Country Club is proud to be hosting the Capitol Chevrolet Classic once again this year. This annual professional golf tournament will take place the week of September 8th - 15th, and we are once again expecting a full field of 168 rising professionals.
The NGA Hooters Tour is known as a proving ground for tomorrow’s PGA Tour stars with Alumni including Chad Campbell, Zach Johnson, Ben Curtis, Vaughn Taylor, Jim Furyk, Tom Lehman, and many other well known names; all playing for a $200,000 purse with first place prize money of $36,000.
The National Sponsors are in place as are the Local Title and Presenting Sponsors. Remaining sponsorship opportunities include the Pro-Am Tournament Sponsor, Tuesday’s Shootout, Wednesday’s Pro-Am Party, and others. The exposure for local businesses will include advertising banners that will remain in place Tuesday through Sunday, media coverage, attendee recognition and spots in Wednesday’s Pro Am.
This is an exciting event for The Country Club to host. It is a classic win-win, benefiting the Community, Members, Owners, Sponsors, and Charity. Admission is free and a large portion of the proceeds are going to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
