Tennis at WildeWood & Woodcreek Farms

Facilities

Tennis facilities at WildeWood and Woodcreek farms includes 8 lighted clay courts (4 located in Woodcreek), 4 lighted hard courts and 2 climate controlled indoor hard courts. Members can enjoy social matches or participate on one of our USTA teams that plays in the Columbia Tennis League. Tennis is definitely a year round sport in South Carolina and our members certainly take advantage of that. It is a wonderful way to meet new people and make  friends.

Tennis Activities

There is a range of tennis activities for men, women and youth  including 2 annual junior tournaments, adult and junior mixers, individual lessons and clinics for adults and juniors. We have consistently had over 20 teams participate in league play which is offered year round and junior teams that play in the spring and fall. Whether you are looking for social tennis or more competitive tennis, you will find both at The Country Club.

Pro Shop Needs

Our Tennis Pro Shop is stocked with the most update tennis apparel, shoes and equipment. We also provide racquet stringing and repair.

Director of Instruction

The Director of Tennis and Head Pro at WildeWood has been with the club for over 20 years. Jim Hinson is an excellent instructor and player. We have one pro that teaches lessons and clinics at the Woodcreek Farms courts and another part time pro who mainly helps with the after school programs at designated locations. Our players have been on USTA teams competing in state, regional and national championships over the years. This speaks well for our pros and their instruction.
