Below you will find some questions frequently asked by current and prospective members.  If you have questions that are not answered below, please feel free to contact the Club and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

 

  • How many members does The Members Club have?
    We have approximately 601 Active Members.
  • Who owns the Club?
    The Club is privately owned by the Members whom purchased the Club in 2009.
  • Do you have to live in Woodcreek or WildeWood to be a Member?
    No, you do not have to live in the neighborhoods to become a member.  Approximately 20% of our current members live outside of these neighborhoods.
  • Do you need to have a Member Sponsor or know a Member to enroll in Membership?
    Membership at The Members Club requires approval from our Board of Directors and Membership Committee. We do ask for three personal references and a Member Sponsor. However, if someone is new to the area the Club will help by introducing you to Members and assist with finding a Member Sponsor.
  • Are there activities for Members who do not play golf?
    Yes, The Members Club is a full service country club offering a wide variety of activities and social events from Tennis and Dining to Swimming and Children’s Activities.
  • What is the Club’s guest policy? 
    A Full, Intermediate or Junior Member can sponsor accompanied guests on the golf course at the appropriate guest rates.  The same guest is only permitted to use the golf course 2 times per month and no more than 12 times a year. For Tennis or Swimming Members appropriate day guest fees would apply for tennis or pool use.

Unless otherwise specified, accompanied guests are always welcome in the dining areas and for social events.

  • Who designed the Golf Course?
    World renowned golf course designer Tom Fazio created the Woodcreek course and The WildeWood course was designed by Russell Breeden and built from 1974-1976. 
  • Can a Membership Transfer with a Property Sale?
    Some Memberships are transferable.  All memberships transferred with a property must be handled through the Club according to transfer procedures.  Please contact kcoughtry@wildewoodwoodcreek.com with questions.
  • Can a Previous Member Reapply for Membership?
    Yes, if a Member has resigned in good standing from the Club in the past, they can reapply for a new membership in the future.
  •  What is the Gratuity Policy at the Club?
    Our Members pay a small monthly service fee that covers all tipping and gratuities at the Club.
